New Parent Support Volunteers Needed!
Are you interested in providing support and information to our new parents?   The New Parent Support (NPS) program is in need of more volunteers.
We will be holding a New Parent Support Volunteer training on Saturday, April 21st.  The training is from 9:00 am – 3:00 pm at the DSA office conference room.   Several of our volunteers “retired” this year, so we are in need of volunteers in all areas of Greater St. Louis/IL.
If you are interested in becoming a New Parent Support Volunteer, contact Christy Klaus at (314)961-2504 or at if you have additional questions or want to sign up.christy@dsagsl.org

NEW DSRTF WEBINAR: TUESDAY FEB. 28th!

We are pleased to announce that Dr. William Mobley of the University of California, San Diego's Center for Down Syndrome Research and Treatment will be joining us for a webinar highlighting his work this coming Tuesday, February 28 at 10:00 AM PT/1:00 PM ET.
Please join us for a rare opportunity to hear directly from one of the most talented and dedicated researchers in the field of Down syndrome cognition research! We believe his work, and the funding of it through private sources, is even more imperative given the recent news about the nearly 10% reduction in federal funding for cognition research.
We hope time considerations will permit us to take questions from the audience. Please submit your questions for Dr. Mobley to dsrtf@dsrtf.org. We look forward to your participation.
